What can I use my projects for?
Each subscription package has a set number of concurrent projects, which you can use to pick and mix from our marketing services, depending on your goals and timeframe. We understand the importance of flexibility when scaling a business or launching a new product. We also value long-term partnerships with our clients and believe that really great marketing doesn't just happen overnight. That's why we prefer and offer subscription packages, and give you custom consultation to plan usage. Whether that's on SEO, content writing, graphic design, social media, email campaigns, marketing tech stack, or something else all depends on your unique goals and vision. Megan and the team pride themselves on aligning with each and every one of their clients and "leading the charge" with her team to get every person touching your brand onboard with your unique vision!
How do I know which package I should choose?

Plus you will get priority scheduling slots Monday-Friday to grab time on our calendars when other's can't.

Can I change my plan later?
You can always upgrade. Contracts are for 12 months so, excepting serious, unavoidable issues, we hold customers to their contracts.
How do I assign and view my projects?
The use of your projects is generally defined at the start of each month/quarter with your account manager, based on the agreed-upon scope. We know things change, so we're willing to be flexible, and the Enterprise plan even offers "buckets" with rollover, so you can use 8 projects one month, and 12 the next. This is particularly helpful for new product launches and sales pushes.
Work can be assigned "on the fly" in Basecamp in your client dashboard. There you can upload all your brand files, share information, and assign tasks to your account manager. It's also where you can check in on projects, review materials, and otherwise communicate with your new marketing team!
